November, 2002: Disneyworld

In mid-October or so, we informed the kids that we were going to Ft. Lauderdale for Thanksgiving to visit our aunts and cousins. We didn't tell them that we were going to Disneyworld for several days, first. The kids were very excited about seeing their great-aunts, and were getting increasingly worked up about the trip as the date approached. We've got pictures of previous trips to Ft. Lauderdale in 1999 and in January of this year.

Two days before departing, we told them of the Disneyworld plans. I don't think they slept much for the next couple days. After some airport snafus we arrived at Disneyworld very late on Friday night/Saturday morning. The pages that follow document mostly the character meetings/autographs -- it was too hectic to take many picturers or video on rides.
