We didn't get a chance to take a tour of the canals by boat, and settled for several walks along the banks by day and night.
View of the Markt
This central square is tourist oriented--the restaurants are expensive. In our hotel was an old aerial photograph of the city showing the Markt as a parking lot. It is now mostly car-free, and the horse drawn carriages load here. This version is better, I think.
