It was too dark for pictures of the Halloween parade, but I did spot these ladies having a good time on the sidelines...
No pictures of the boys. They were too busy sneaking into the parade while walking on their hands.

Windup
Sean played in his last baseball game for Cardinals in the Fall season, just as the Major League Cardinals start their World Series bid. This was the second game in which he pitched.

Construction
Here's what we've learned so far...
Despite several trips to our house to make measurements, despite several conversations and emails, and despite the availability of software that does the mundane work of making sure that geometry is respected, it is still possible to get a drawing that a) does not match the physical dimensions of the things measured, b) does not meet code and c) cannot be constructed.
Fortunately, when this is discovered, the designer/contractor offers to split the cost of making the construction meet code. Great deal!

Gymnastics exposition
We went to the TJ Maxx gymnastics show on Thursday...
The kids really enjoyed the show -- and it was pretty impressive to see great athletes work out, even if they were not going full steam. That show, and the two day regional clinic we just attended have Sean very pumped up about gymnastics.
Construction underway
The roof is off where the addition is going in, and some of the framing is started. So far, there's been a lot more noise than visible progress.
Let's go Expos
Neil and Kate invited us to an Orioles game...
...and it was a good one until the Red Sox blew it open in the 7th. The picture above shows David Ortiz sending a 3 run shot on its way. Sadly, there seemed to be as many Sox fans in the park as there were Orioles fans.
